How to request a return

Use our Contact Us page and include your order number, the item concerned and the reason for the request. We will reply with the next steps where a return is eligible.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unopened, unused and returned in their original condition unless they are faulty or incorrect. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for return once opened.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method where possible. Timing can vary depending on the payment provider.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly and include clear photographs where relevant. Do not dispose of the item or packaging before we have reviewed the case.

Owner review required

Before launch, the owner must confirm the legal cancellation period, excluded products, return address, return-shipping responsibility, refund timeline and applicable consumer-law wording.
